Out of Installs?

If you're getting an error message stating that you're over your install quota, you can reset your install count by filling in your username, serial number, and email address used for your purchase.

The reset system does not apply to On2 Flix Pro 8.5 for Windows. If you are having trouble installing Flix Pro 8.5 for Windows, write to flixsupport@on2.com.

The reset system also does not apply to On2 Flix Engine v8.0.6.0 and up. If you are having trouble installing Flix Engine, please write to flixsupport@on2.com, and include the word Engine in your subject.
